Post queue
A post queue is the ordered list of posts waiting to be published at their set times.
Everything scheduled sits in the queue until its time arrives. Looking at the queue shows what is coming, which accounts are covered and where there are gaps.
Post queue in practice
Review it before a busy week and after any change of plan. If a campaign is paused or a message is no longer right, remove the affected posts so they do not publish by surprise.
A tidy queue has a rhythm: a mix of formats, no two similar posts back to back, and no gaps on key days. If your tool lets you filter by account or status, check each account on its own once a week. Fix failed posts promptly so they do not pile up.
