When you connect an account, we receive and store, on your behalf:

  • Access credentials: The access tokens the platform issues for your connected account or page. Tokens are encrypted at rest and are used solely to perform the actions you request.
  • Account and page information: Identifiers, names, and profile/page images of the accounts and pages you choose to connect.
  • Content and engagement data: Posts you create and publish through the Service, and engagement data about that content (such as impressions, reactions, comments, and clicks) so we can show you how your content performs.

We use this data only to provide the Service to you: publishing and scheduling the content you create, and displaying analytics about your own accounts and posts back to you. Data obtained from a connected platform is never sold, never used for advertising or sales purposes, and never shared with other customers — each customer's data is isolated to their own workspace. We access, use, store, and delete platform data in accordance with each platform's developer terms, including the LinkedIn Marketing API Terms.

You can disconnect a social account at any time from within the Service, which revokes and deletes the stored access credentials for that account. Data obtained from a connected platform is retained only for as long as needed to provide the Service; you may request deletion of all data associated with a connected account (or your entire account) at any time by contacting admin@kodetra.com, and we will also delete platform data where the platform itself requires us to do so.
