Yes. Ask within 14 days of your first paid plan payment and we refund it in full, including GST — once per account. It covers that first payment only, not renewals, upgrades or AI credit packs. Open a ticket in the Support Center from your account's email; see the Refund and Cancellation Policy for the steps.
