Bulk scheduling

Bulk scheduling is creating many scheduled posts at once, usually from a spreadsheet upload.

You fill one row per post with its text, date and time, and the tool creates them all in a single step. It suits campaigns, event countdowns and agencies loading a month of content for a client.

Bulk scheduling in practice

The risk is a bad row published at scale. Check dates, time zones, link formats and character limits before you confirm, and fix errors in the file rather than after posts are queued.

A practical habit is to start with a small test file of three or four rows. If those rows come out right, load the full set. Keep the original spreadsheet, because it is the easiest record of what you planned and a quick way to fix a mistake.
