Client workspace
A client workspace is a separate space holding one client’s accounts, posts and team access.
Agencies and freelancers use one per client so accounts, drafts and reports never mix. Access is set per workspace, so a client contact can review posts without seeing another client’s work.
Client workspace in practice
Separation also protects you from simple mistakes, like scheduling a post on the wrong brand’s account. Name workspaces after the client and keep one workspace per brand.
When you onboard a new client, create the workspace first, connect their accounts there, then invite the people who should review posts. Keep passwords out of the process by connecting accounts through each platform’s own login. Remove access promptly when a contract ends.
